When Jeff Sutherland created the scrum process in 1993, he borrowed
the term "scrum" from an analogy put forth in a 1986 study by Takeuchi and Nonaka, published in
the Harvard Business Review. In that study, Takeuchi and Nonaka compare
high-performing, cross-functional teams to the scrum formation used by
Rugby teams. Scrum is the leading agile development methodology, used
by Fortune 500 companies around the world. The Scrum Alliance exists to
transform the way we tackle complex projects, bringing the Scrum
framework and agile principles beyond software development to the
broader world of work.

Scrum Master Certified (SMC™) certification
Scrum Master Certified (SMC™) certification provides an understanding of the principles in the Scrum Framework. It also provides a practical knowledge of Scrum including roles, meetings and artifacts. The course prepares participants to be comfortable with implementing Scrum in their organizations and to take SMC™ exam upon completion of the course.
Scrum Master Certified (SMC™) professionals are facilitators who ensure that the Scrum Team is provided with an environment conducive to completing the project successfully. The Scrum Master guides, facilitates, and teaches Scrum practices to everyone involved in the project; clears impediments for the team; and, ensure that Scrum processes are being followed.

Scrum Product Owner (SPOC™)
The Scrum Product Owner Certification course helps participants attain skills required for a Product owner role including creating project vision, identifying and creating user personas, prioritizing product backlog items, provides practical knowledge of dealing with the Project Stakeholders and take care of the business/value side of things. This course offers a comprehensive training for the SPOC™ examination.
The Product Owner represents the interests of the stakeholder community to the Scrum Team. Expert Scrum Master Certified (ESMC™) certification
