Terms & Conditions for Online Transactions

By carrying out an Online Transaction, Purchaser is considered to have read and approved, and therefore, bound to the Terms and Conditions as described hereunder:

1. “Online Transaction” means the sale and purchase of training or service product(s) through the website www.professoracrossborders.com and through PayPal payment gateway, executed between:
   • Professors Across Borders, a company incorporated based on the prevailing laws in the state of Texas of United States of America, in this matter constitutes the training or service product organizer and the party selling training or service products through the website www.professorsacrossborders.com through PayPal payment gateway, hereinafter referred to as “PAB” ; and
   • Each person/entity intending to purchase a training or service product under the Terms and Conditions and the Online Transaction Procedures through the website www.ProfessorsAcrossBorders.com through PayPal payment gateway, hereinafter referred to as “PURCHASER.”
2. Purchaser hereby states to have been 18 years old and approves the Terms and Conditions, or for any purchaser under 18 years old is deemed to have obtained their parent’s/guardian’s approval and such approval is awarded consciously without any pressures or coercions, and Purchaser is able to act as a legal subject to conclude an agreement according to the prevailing rules and regulations in the state of Indiana of United States of America.
3. The Online Transaction Object is the sale and purchase of “training or service product(s)” where the transaction time and premises shall be determined by PAB and such training or service product is able to be used to training or service according to the relevant class, price and time (if there are options) chosen by Purchaser.
4. “Training or service” in this Online Transaction means certifying online courses organized by PAB. Meanwhile, the premises and time shall be according to the announcement made by PAB and chosen by Purchaser through the website www.professorsacrossborders.com
5. All Online Transaction Procedures in the website www.professorsacrossborders.com constitute an integral part of and inseparable from the Terms and Conditions, and therefore, they bind Purchaser.
6. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute a Binding Agreement to Purchaser.
7. PAB is entitled to receive or decline a training or service product purchase.
8. PAB is not responsible for any complaint/claim and refund, except as the Terms and Conditions stipulate otherwise by the sole discretion of the PAB. Accepting this terms and conditions wave the refund completely and a corresponding training or service product from certifying will be provided to the Purchaser.
9. PAB. is able to unilaterally annul an Online Transaction without refunding the training or service product purchase price or without providing any other compensation if a training or service product purchase is not carried out based on the Terms and Conditions.
10. PAB may take actions based on the civil code and/or criminal code against any party purchasing, owning and/or controlling a training or service product illegally or contravening with the Terms and Conditions and the Online Transaction Procedures.
11. The Online Transaction and these Terms and Conditions are subject to the applicable laws of the state of Indiana of United States of America and the jurisdiction of the State.
12. Any dispute arising from the Online Transaction shall be settled amicably in reference to the Terms and Conditions. Purchaser hereby states that he will not claim and/or charge PAB either based on the civil code or criminal code.
13. PAB is not responsible for any credit card abuse in the Online Transaction and for any bank decline in relation to an Online Transaction.
14. If a training and service course has to be cancelled by PAB, the training or service product cannot be returned and PAB will not refund Purchaser based on their credit card billings. The training or service product price is the price advised by PAB. as the training or service product price, excluding administration fee or any other fees that may arise in the future, except PAB stipulates otherwise.
15. By carrying out an Online Transaction, Purchaser binds himself to the conditions as follows:
    • One (1) training or service product is valid for the Purchaser confirmed prior to the registration to the training or service.
    • PAB is entitled to inspect each purchaser credentials if required.
    • PAB is not responsible for any damage and loss.
    • PAB is entitled without any refunding or whatsoever compensation to Purchaser for any cyber security and safety purposes, if necessary.
    • PAB is entitled to cancel the training course without any refunding or whatsoever compensation if there is anything beyond its reasonable control.

Refund and Return Policy

• PAB understands that situations can change. We will try to accommodate reasonable requests for changes or cancellations according to the policies outlined below. Some courses are more intensive than others, so we recommend you review the course work within the first two days that we provide access to offer you the best options for changes. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding course content. Also, please feel free to enter your preferred start date in the comments field when ordering your course to ensure you have appropriate time to review the content.
  
  
  • Cancellation: Online classes cannot be cancelled once the payment has been submitted. We offer several free demo versions, free courses and free certifications in order to permit verification and testing prior to the actual purchase. We invite all interested parties to use the free versions before purchasing an online class.
    
    
  • Extensions: We can extend your access to an online course upon request. Extensions incur additional fees of $50/week or $150/month. Note that this rate is higher than if you had purchased a longer course. Therefore we recommend that you carefully plan your study program and purchase the course you feel would be most appropriate for your study plans.

Applicable Currency

• All transactions are processed in the currency chosen by the Purchaser, in US Dollars (USD).
• Information Concerning Debit Time:
• All transactions will be processed within a period of 1 x 24 hours.

Copyright, and Intellectual Proprietary rights

All copyright, and other intellectual proprietary rights relating to training documents and other material provided by PAB or by it’s partners, (including: translations, reprints and duplications, apps and other online material, graphs, templates, articles… ) shall remain of PAB and of it’s partners. Without the prior written consent of PAB, users may not reproduce, copy, distribute or publicly disseminate training documents in whole or in part, in any form or for any purpose whatsoever.
